Spotlight On: Mark Wentz

Mark Wentz is a renaissance man. He can do the following, in no particular order:

  • Blow Glass
  • Weld
  • Forge
  • Carve
  • Sculpt
  • Build
  • Paint
  • Be a cool dad
  • Wrestle

The last one was a curve ball, but it's serious. Mark went to Kent State University on a wrestling scholarship and approaches life with the same competitive, can-do spirit of a trained athlete. Mark and I worked together on Season 4 of HGTV's Elbow Room where we joked that he was every episode's MVP. Need a sculpture? Call Mark! Need something 3D printed? Call Mark! Need something built? Call Mark! He can do it all and does without complaint. He's a laid back dude with talent for days.

If you need public art made or someone to teach you how to do basically anything, Mark is the guy. He's patient and kind and just an all around great guy. Let's get to know him!
